Do you ship overseas?

We offer free worldwide shipping via FedEx for all orders above USD 800 value. 

How long will it take to receive my package?

We ship watches once every week on Tuesdays from our facility in surat. All India shipments will reach you within 15-20 business days. International transit times vary between 20-30 business days.

What shipping carriers do you use?

FedEx or International Deliveries, BlueDart for India deliveries.

Payments

I am in India, how do I pay?

All purchases can be made directly via our website. Our payment provider accepts Visa, Master, RuPay and Amex cards. Amazon Pay and other wallets are also supported. EMI on credit card options are also presented to you at check-out. If you are unable to make an online purchase, our team can help you with NEFT transfer.

I don't live in India, how do I pay?

All purchases can be made directly via our website. Our payment provider accepts Visa, Master and Amex cards for International purchases. We present our charges in Indian Rupees, your bank may flag this transaction as they're presented in a foreign currency and require you to validate via text or a call. Once you do, the transaction should go through just fine. Please see this page for detailed notes on International Payments.

Taxes & Duties

Will I be charged Taxes or Duties upon delivery?

All orders for India carry appropriate GST rates, included in the price you pay for the watches and accessories.

For international orders, our invoice value does not include duties that your country may charge for imports. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to FedEx at the time of delivery.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my product?

Our watches and accessories are produced in small batches, they go through multiple levels of quality checks before we package them for shipping. We are unable to accept a return after the product is delivered to you. In the unlikely event of a defective watch or accessory delivered to you, give us a call and we will arrange for a replacement.

I changed my mind, can I exchange the watch to another one?

Yes, we understand preferences change over time. If you've ordered your watch and would like to change it to another model in our collection we will accommodate your request as long as the watch is not shipped out. We are unable to offer exchanges and returns after the watch has shipped from our facility in Surat.

Warranty

What is your warranty policy?

All watches sold by Verresa® are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition, and free from defects.

All watches come with a manufacturer's warranty for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.

Incidence of defects in new watches is extremely low, there may be occasions in which warranty work becomes necessary.

Please email hello@ if you have any problems with your watch, and we will arrange for a warranty pickup after initial investigation over the phone. You may be asked to send us photos of defects or the problem, if at all.

Our warranty does not cover material defects arising out of breakages, negligence, or wear and tear. Our warranty does not cover leather goods like straps and accessories.

Service

What is the service interval of my watch?

Our watches have a service interval of once every four years. After four years of purchase, please contact us via email hello@ and we'll provide instructions to send the watch to us for service.

Where do I take my watch for service?

Our service center is in Surat, India. In the event that your watch needs servicing, contact us via email hello@ and we'll set you up for a service request.
